Placing Your  Order


 Placing an order at LaCelle Family Ministries is easy. If you should find it not to be so -please read the instructions below. If you are still confused (or more confused :) then email us and we will help you.

 Finding Items



First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Search boxes are located on nearly
every page of our site. Each page at our site has a menu on the left side that gives you many catagories to choose from.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

 If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button found at the bottom of each description. At the top of the page it will say "Thank you, your selection has been added to your order."
You will be shown  just what you  ordered and can edit the number ordered at this time.  You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Your Cart Button  at the top right hand corner of  every page of our Web site.You will be shown  just what you  ordered and can edit the number ordered at this time.  If you receive an error when trying to click the "Add To Cart" button please Email us, tell us about the error you are having and we will fix the problem.
 

 Go to Checkout

 Click on the   button on the top right corner of the website when you are done shopping.Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase  a particular item  click the Remove Items button and then check the  edit box next to the item(s) you don't want.
Then click the remove button and that item(s) will be removed from your order.  When you're ready to place an order for the remaining items in your Shopping Cart , click the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to the first page of our Secure order form.
 
 

 Enter your Name &  Shipping Address

Just fill out the form with name , address, email, phone and payment method.
If you are paying by check , money order please pick which and leave the rest of the form blank.

 Review and Submit Your Order
 

When you are done filling out the information, click the Verify Order Button on the Bottom of the page. Check the accuracy  of all  the information you provided and if you need to make adjustments click the back button on your browser. When you are ready, click the  Submit Order For Processing button to place your order.  We will send you a confirmation e-mail message to verify that we received your order, usually right away but may take up to 24 hours.

 Tracking Your Order

 While we don't have an automated tracking system , you can email us and we will let you know the status of your order.

Shipping



How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. If it is going to be longer than that we will notify you and try to give you an approximate time we will ship it.  Transit time is usually 3-7 days depending on where you live.

Domestic Shipping Rates -Includes APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico
 

Up to $25   = $4.95
$25 - $50    = $5.95
$50 - $75    = $7.95
$75 - $100  = $9.95
$100 -$200 = 10%
Over $200  = 8%

Returns Policy

Within 10 days of receipt of your order you may return any item  as long as it is in new and original condition for a full refund excluding shipping costs . We will accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of order but we will subtract a 15% restocking fee. If there is a problem with the order like wrong item, broken item, or some other defect please notify us within 5 days of receipt of order. Do not send anything back without letting us know first of your intent. If you ordered cassettes and they are defective please contact the manufacture. We are unable to accept any returns on any of the Green Foods and Herbs for Kids products or any other supplements unless in original sealed containers. Please return the original receipt with the item you are returning and use care in repacking the return.

Refunds

We will let you know by email when we receive the return and will send your refund usually the same day but can take up to 14 days.
