Soap Making

For years we have been asked to share about soap making. Finally, we have put it all into a book. This book will show you how to make vegetable based soaps, milk soaps, glycerin (melt & pour) soaps, bath oils, bath fizzies, lotions, salves, lip balms and so much more. Also included is a short history intro to soap making, journaling ideas, infomration about oils & soap additives, easy directions for how to make all the recipes and some simple ideas on how to create your own products for gifts to sell. There is also included a Bible Word Study on Soap making. There is alot of information in this book. There also is a list of websites to get Soap Making Supplies. If you have been wanting to make gifts for Christmas & Birthdays this book will get you going. Also included is some information on how to sell your soaps (soap making is a great small home business for families to earn money for their homeschool adventures)! This would be a great book to couple with the study of Early American History (early settlers made their own soap). Soap making has been a very rewarding hobby for our family. And our boys have made and sold soap for years to earn money for missionary projects and homeschool educational needs.
